Device Support
Technical support will be provided to students through a IT Center set up in school during and after school on a daily basis.
- Troubleshooting of device issues
- Solve connectivity issues
- Resetting of account (i.e. Student iCON, SLS, MIMS, Managed Apple ID) passwords
- Provide advice to damaged device or accessories
The location of the IT center is on Level 3 of the classroom block next to the staircase as shown below:
Students are required to knock on the door of the IT Center before entering the room. IT Center hours are as follows:
