⚠️ Important Notes on Replacements
Once insurance is claimed for a full replacement device, the insurance coverage for that device ceases. The new replacement device will not be covered by insurance.
Insurance coverage is only applicable where the student has taken reasonable precautions to safeguard the device.
How to initiate a claim
Step 1: Verify if the issue is a Defect (e.g., hardware failure with no clear cause) or Damage (e.g., dropped or spilled water).
Step 2: Ensure the student has taken all precautions to safeguard the device.
Step 3: Refer to our Immediate Action Checklist for loss or theft.
